A few weeks ago, Soulfrost threw-down the gloves and issued a production challenge to myself and another producer... The goal: Everyone must produce a 4-track EP in 4 weeks, with new material.
The motivation wasn't to see who could do it fastest, or even to compare quality or awesomness.
The motivation was to overcome the every-day resistance that stops us from going to work on our craft like professionals.
Laziness, lack of motivation, anger, frustration, etc... All of these things spring up and try to stop us from persuing our creative outlet; our dreams.
So here is a little 4-track album about overcoming resistance.
